I unchecked each as describe and it opened normally. Honestly, I uses Outlook because it helps me to stay organized as well as liking the format. I haven’t begun to use the enormous features that Outlook provides. As time goes on, I don’t think I would need those features unchecked. I am fairly certain that this is a bug that we recently found but I am not sure how you were hitting it. The bug has to do with crashing because of certain HTML that could be in an email or a file that Outlook is enumerating. Every time I start outlook i get a message box saying “Microsoft Outlook has stopped working”. Then another one stating “a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available”. I tried not running any other services through startup and still get the same issue.
